‘Communications’ often conjures images of data, transmissions, wires, and blinking lights. So when we look at what marketing communications is, it’s arguably a far cry from the traditional preconceptions associated with the word ‘communications’. Rather, it’s about creating meaningful and unique ways of talking with your customers, and keeping that conversation going.

So, without wanting to sound gimmicky, we prefer to say that we help to start and maintain conversations, not communications. Don’t get us wrong, our work does indeed involve the design and communication of messages from a client to its customers (and vice versa) to promote an exchange; be it through brand development, advertising, web design, email, photography, market research or anyone one of the other disciplines we practice.

In other words, whether the message is above the line, below the line, or through the line, if the audience wants to listen to what is being said, and how it is being said, and they want to engage with it -to spend time with it- then the likelihood is they’ll want to spend time with your company.

They key is how to start a good conversation, and keep that conversation going, in the same manner, whatever the point of contact.
